We make our pre-order already in the autumn so that the farmer cooperatives in Palestine know how much we want to buy. You either pay for your entire order or 25%. When the oil arrives around April-May, we offer a few opportunities for pick-up at a selected warehouse and you pay the rest if you paid in installments.

Vi har inte kapacitet att ombesörja frakt av tunga flaskor/dunkar. Vi ser till att varorna kommer till Sverige, sen hjälps vi åt. Du får hämta dina varor hos oss vid de tillfällen vi meddelar vid våra lager i Stockholm, Malmö och Göteborg.
Our organic olive oil is cold-pressed, fruity and of high quality. The oil is produced by farmer cooperatives in the West Bank, with the support of the organization Palestinian Agricultural Relief Committees, PARC. The oil is suitable for cooking as well as in salads and dressings. The olives are harvested by hand and pressed in cooperatively owned olive presses.
The quality of the oil is ensured by independent laboratories outside the country before bottling in glass bottles. The olive oil is certified organic according to international and Swedish standards, which means, among other things, that no chemical pesticides have been used.
Members from Jord & Frihet regularly travel to the West Bank to visit the cooperatives that produce the oil.
A carton contains 12 bottles. We sell the oil in quantities of at least 6. Please note that shipping is NOT included in the price. You need to take care of picking up the oil yourself at the times we announce at our warehouses in Stockholm, Malmö and Gothenburg.
